I usually hide myself when I take down gyms because I don't want my friends and family seeing me playing games. There were times when ppl suspected I was a spoofer.
I feel bad for the OP because I can relate too. Is that wrong too? Should we put on a loud speaker chanting 'hey, I'm playing pokemon Go here!'? Am I a spoofer then? I keep berrying pokemons, is that wrong? I put my pokemon in while on a bus without anyone noticing. I fought gyms while doing my shopping in a shopping mall. Is there a way to prove someone is a spoofer? I don't think so, unless it's just too obvious, for example, gym battles in a park where there's nowhere to hide. To summarise this thread (), OP was excluded from an ex-raid because ppl think she's a spoofer.
